45ml Bohemian raspeberry gin
15ml unrind gin
22.5 ml lemon juice15 ml sugar syrup
1 barspoon bozzy jam
METHOD
place everything in a cocktail shaker, shake, double strain into rocks glass with ice, garnish with mint and enjoy
Sea Legs Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
45ml Sea Legs Navy Gin
15ml Honey Syrup
2 dash walnut bitters2 drops vanilla bitters
METHOD
Combine cocktail mixing glass, stir over ice twenty times, double strain into rocks glass with ice cube, garnish with orange peel
Negroni – Far
INGREDIENTS
30ml Big red Gin
30ml Acobia Italian Bitter
30ml del prof. sweet vermouth
METHOD
Combine in mixer with ice, stir twenty times, pour into a rocks glass over a large ice block, garnish with an orange twist.
Strawberry Love-Club
INGREDIENTS
45ml xstrawdinberry gin
22.5ml Lemon juice15 ml sweet vermouth
7.5ml sugarsyrup
22.5ml aqaufaba or 1 egg white
2 dash orange bitter
METHOD
Combine in shaker and dry shake, add ice and shake vigerously with ice, shake until foam appears, double strained into a coupe, garnish strawberry and few drops orange bitters
Bees Knees
INGREDIENTS
45ml unrind Gin
22.5ml Lemon juice
22.5ml honey syrup
6-8 Spanked mint leaves
METHOD
Combine in shaker with ice, shake until chilled, double strained into a coupe, garnish with lemon twist.
